Designed for seniors of any particular age, Seniors Fitness at True North Training will be centered around increasing each and every clients quality of life. This will be accomplished by getting each and every person moving on a more regular basis, and moving with proper mechanics. Seniors Fitness sessions will carry no more than 6 clients and will be a gentle progression of drills based on mobility, balance, and strength. With small session sizes you will receive personal instruction & feedback on how to properly perform each movement, and if you are ever unsure of what you are doing you can simply ask a question. If you physically cannot perform an exercise comfortably a TNT coach will be there to give you a modified exercise that will suit you better. No longer will you wander around the gym confused about what to do next, with a trainer at your side you can feel safe and secure knowing that everything is taken care… all you need to do is show up and move around!
