True North Training Running Club will provide opportunities for the community to participate, recreate and be educated in the sport of running at whatever level they choose.Our mission is to help bring the community of running to as many people as possible. We host training runs, provide group coaching and develop a training schedule for your person goals.
New or experienced, fast or slow, whatever your pace, we are here to support each other and to help you reach your running goals.
We offer members personalized training plans for your goal race, weekly group long runs and a weekly speed or hill training session led by experienced running coaches.
We meet Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 7 a.m. The location of the group runs and workouts will start from TNT Fitness Headquarters.
Training route maps and distances will be provided in advance of each run. Program will include workshops for additional education, elite participation and equipment overview.
