Founded in December 2014, True North Training was first housed in an unheated, uninsulated, single car garage unit at a personal residence in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada. TNT began with only 2 athletes but quickly grew from there. In September of 2015 True North Training moved to its current location at 299 Lake St. in beautiful Grimsby Beach in Grimsby, Ontario Canada just 2 minutes off of the Queen Elizabeth Way. To serve clients better True North Training underwent an extensive renovation through the summer of 2016 to bring it to it’s current state. With a fully equipped training space True North Training is home to clients of all backgrounds and abilities. The steady growth of TNT can be attributed to a passionate and skillful approach to training that creates an atmosphere where all clients can strive for success while overcoming their inevitable mistakes.
