CARDIOBOXING
Designed for adult male and female clients, CardioBoxing sessions will carry a maximum of 6 people. With small session sizes you will receive personal instruction & feedback on how to properly execute strikes, while staying motivated to get your frustration out in a healthy way. Designed to increased cardio capacity and keep you moving, CardioBoxing sessions will involve intervals that allow you to get a cardio workout while avoided the treadmills or elliptical. You will be taught how to punch for speed, and you will be taught how to punch for power, so if you are wondering if you can handle CardioBoxing… YOU CAN! Be sure to check for session times on the schedule, and Contact TNT to register. For Unlimited Cardio Boxing sessions the monthly rate is $150.00 + hst
